暮春書懷

 

雲盡終南過雨晴，一天春氣滿東城。

殘紅小塢斜陽影，嫩綠深園數鳥聲。

有酒當消今日事，看書還惹古人情，

未知詩苦還多小，吟到西牕細月生。

"늦은 봄 마음에 품은 생각을 씁니다"

 

구름 걷힌 종남산

   비도 그쳐 맑으니

하늘 가득한 봄기운

   동쪽 성을 채웁니다

 

붉은 꽃 스러져가는 작은 구석에

   기우는 해 그림자 드리우고

녹색 잎 여린 깊은 뜨락에는

   새 몇 마리 소리

 

술이 있으니 당연히

   오늘 일은 잊어지겠지만

글을 보니 여전히

   옛사람의 사랑이 떠오릅니다

 

시 짓는 어려움이

   어느 정도인지 아직도 몰라

서쪽 창가에 초승달

   뜰 때까지 읊조립니다

"Writing Thoughts in My Heart in Late Spring"

 

Clouds pass the Jongnam Mountain

   And the rain clears up.

The air of spring in the sky

   Fills the east of the city.

 

In a small corner, where the red petals wither,

   Is the shadow of the slanting sun;

In a deep garden, where the green leaves are tender,

   Are trills of a few birds.

 

The wine should help me cast away

   The affairs of this day;

The books stimulate

   The feelings of people of bygone days.

 

Still not knowing how bitter

   Writing a poem is,

I chant until the crescent moon

   Comes to the west window.
