吟到書樓下，先生尚未歸。

庭花閒自落，簷鷰語還飛。

午景猶垂箔，春風時動扉。

待君塵榻在，散帙亦依依。

"스승님께 올립니다"

 

읊조리며 공부방 아래까지 왔지만

선생님은 아직 돌아오지 않으셨네요

 

뜨락의 꽃 저절로 떨어지고;

처마끝 제비 짖으며 날아옵니다

 

한낮 햇빛 마치 대나무 발처럼 내려 쬐고

봄 바람 때때로 사립문을 흔듭니다

 

선생님 기다리는 먼지 앉은 평상은 그대로인데

서책 몇 권이 아쉬운 듯 흩어져 있습니다

Chanting along, I arrived at the study room,

Only to find, you haven't returned.

 

Flowers in the courtyard fall by themselves;

Swallows by the eaves fly back chirping.

 

Sun rays at noon fall like bamboo curtains;

The spring breeze shakes the twig gate now and then.

 

The flat bench waiting for you has collected dust

With a few scattered books holding on to your memories.
