秋日書懷

 

西風林影動黃昏，搖落天高遠鴈聞。

籬菊留香還悵惘，書燈照影更慇懃。

誰知孤夢尋常往，願使離愁一半分。

何事秋宵偏我苦，恁漫漫地摠思君。

하늬바람 속 숲 그림자

   지는 해에 흔들리고

마른 잎 떨어지는 높은 하늘엔

   저멀리 기러기 소리

 

울타리 국화가 남긴 향기

   속절없이 떠돌고

책에 비친 등불 그림자

   더욱 애절합니다

 

외로운 꿈 늘 떠나감을

   누가 알아

헤어지는 슬픔 반으로 나뉘기를

   간절히 원할까요

 

어찌해 가을 밤은

   나만을 괴롭히나요

끝없이 밀려오는

   당신 생각 때문 뿐이겠지요

In the westerly wind, the shadows of the woods

   Tremble in the setting sun.

Withered leaves fall in the high sky

   As the geese honk in the distance.

 

The fragrance of chrysanthemums by the fence

   Linger listlessly;

The shadow of the lamp on a book

   Moves more mournfully.

 

Who would know that the lonely dream

   Departs always;

Hoping to let the sorrow of parting

   Split into halves.

 

For what reason the autumn nights

   Torture only me,

Other than the endless coming of

   The thoughts of you?
