In the forest that burnt down are

Black trees standing dead,

Grass and moss that have turned into ashes,

And desperate screams that rolled down to the gully.

 

Behind the blunders that triggered a sudden crumble to naught,

Over all the desolations and isolations,

Falls the snow smeared with ashes,

Falling with the lips quivering.

 

The black snow that falls,

Trembling the whole body in an unbearable fury,

Thrusts a dagger into

The sinful heart that’s been overbearing for a long time.

불타버린 숲에는

죽은 채로 서 있는 검은 나무들과

잿가루가 되어 버린 풀과 이끼들

골짜기로 굴러내린 다급한 비명들

 

순간에 무너져 사라지게 한 과오 뒤에

모든 적막과 고립 위에

재투성이 눈이 내린다

입술을 파르르 떨며 내린다

 

견딜 수 없는 분노 치 떨며

내리는 검은 눈

오래 울폐된 불의의 심장에

칼을 꽂는다
