偶懷

 

綠陰移影篆烟消，捲却緗簾四望遙。

着意欲眠當白晝，懷人不見向青霄。

但宜傾酒隨多少，未妨吟詩破寂寥。

縱使年年春色至，不堪今日悵花凋。

 

죽서 박씨

 

"어쩌다 이는 그리움"

 

푸른 나무그늘 움직여 가고

   향 연기도 스러져

노란 비단 커튼을 말아 올리고

   여기저기 멀리 내다봅니다

 

마음 먹고 자 보려고 해도

   벌건 대낮이 버티고 있고;

사람이 그립지만 나타나지 않아

   파란 하늘을 바라봅니다

 

그래도 원하는 만큼 스스로

   술을 따르기 마침맞고;

아직도 외로움을 이기기 위한

   시 읊기에 지장이 없고

 

다음 해도, 그 다음 해도

   봄의 빛깔이 다시 오겠지만

오늘 꽃이 시드는 건

   그래도 참기 어렵습니다

"A Thought that Happens to Arise"

 

The green tree shade keeps moving,

   The smoke from incense stick fades,

And I roll up the yellow silk curtain

   To gaze into the distance in all directions.

 

Resolutely trying to sleep,

   But I still run into broad daylight;

Longing for my lover who does not show,

   I look out to the blue sky.

 

Yet it is just right for pouring myself

   As much wine as I wish;

And there's no impediment to writing

   Poetry to shake off my loneliness.

 

I suppose the vernal colors

   Will return year after year,

But that does not make the sadness bearable

   Of seeing the withering flowers today.
