再會，

作地球人的模樣，這是我們的最後

人死了會溶解，會流去，也會作羽毛般的卷雲升上去

可那不是永別這個宇宙的

所謂思維也不會完全消失

無疑成為某一事物的某一部分

就像看不見的片斷聚集形成了〈我〉

在下一世我可能變成蘑菇屋頂下的赤色支柱

死就是跟別的事物結合

是變成新的形狀的

到底哪兒有非作〈人〉不可的道理呢？

這樣說來，剛才說再會告別，其實也是初會的招呼

因為我們將要勃然跟一個事物黏成一團

至於我呢，下一個行程是變做宇宙的綠色波動瀰漫

In the shape of humans on the earth, this is our last time.

The dead I suppose will melt away, flow out, or fly up like a cirrus.

But that would not mean permanent departure from this universe.

What we call thoughts do not completely disappear, either.

It is certain that they become a part of something.

Just as invisible fragments came together to form "me,"

I could become a red pillar under a mushroom roof in the next existence.

To die is to get merged with something.

It is to transform into something new.

Where does it say that becoming a human is the only way?

I see, that goodbye for bidding farewell could be a greeting at the first encounter.

That is because we will be suddenly lumped together with something.

As for me, the next end is becoming a green undulation in the universe and be diffused.

안녕,

지구인의 모습으로는 다들 마지막이야

죽은 사람들은 녹거나 흐르거나 새털구름으로 떠오르겠지

그렇다고 이 우주를 영영 떠나는 건 아니야

생각이라는 것도 아주 없어지진 않아

무언가의 일부가 되는 건 확실해

보이지 않는 조각들이 모여 '내'가 되었듯

다음에는 버섯 지붕 밑의 붉은 기둥이 될 수도 있어

죽는다는 건 다른 것들과 합쳐지는 거야

새로운 형태가 되는 거야

꼭 '인간'만 되라는 법이 어디에 있니?

그러고 보니 안녕 하는 작별은 첫 만남의 인사였네

우리는 '그 무엇'과 왈칵 붙어버릴 테니깐

난 우주의 초록빛 파장으로 번지는 게 다음 행선지야
