〈贈思峻上人〉

 

智異雙溪勝，金剛萬瀑奇。

名山身未到，每賦送僧詩。

 

백광훈 (자는 창경, 호는 옥봉, 1537-1582)

 

"사준스님에게 드립니다"

 

지리산에선 쌍계계곡이 멋지고

금강산에서는 만폭동이 신기하다 하지요

좋다는 산에 몸소 가지 못했으니

지으실 때마다 스님의 시를 보내주세요

In the Mountain of Extraordinary Wisdom (Chi-ri),

        I hear, the Double Creek Valley is splendid;

In the Diamond (Kūm-gang) Mountain,

        They say, the Myriad Falls Grove is wondrous.

I have never been to those renowned mountains.
