述懷

 

事事勞勞愧白鷗，浮雲不管古今愁。

三更風雨空驚夢，千里江山獨倚樓。

醉就新詩回蠟炷，寒添舊病下簾鉤。

尺書盡付離愁去，萬疊烟波在筆頭。

"마음을 풀어 씁니다"

 

하는 일마다 애를 쓰지만

   흰 갈매기를 보면 부끄럽습니다

떠도는 구름은

   옛 시름 지금 시름에 모두 무심합니다

 

오밤중 바람과 비

   공연히 꿈 깨게 하고;

천리 강과 산에서

   홀로 누대에 기댑니다

 

취하면 새 시를 쫓으려

   촛불을 밝히고;

쌀쌀하면 오랜 병이 도져

   발을 내립니다

 

짧은 편지에 헤어진 슬픔을

   모두 담으려 하니

만 겹 안개와 파도

   붓 앞을 가립니다

"Writing the Heart"

 

I toil on everything I do

   But feel ashamed before the white sea gulls.

The floating clouds are heedless

   Of sorrows, old and new.

 

Wind and rain in the middle of the night

   Purposelessly startle me from my dream;

Rivers and mountains of thousand layers

   Are before me leaning alone on the tower.

 

Drunk, I lit up the candle

   In search of new poems;

Feeling chilly, I lower the curtain

   For the old infirmities.

 

I try to include in the foot-long letter

   All the sorrows of separation,

As the mist and wave of thousand layers

   Stand before the brush pen.
