〈山中與幽人對酌〉

 

兩人對酌山花開，

一杯一杯復一杯。

我醉欲眠卿且去，

明朝有意抱琴來。

 

이백 (자는 태백, 701-762)

 

"산 속에서 은자와 술을 마십니다"

 

우리 두 사람이 주거니 받거니 술을 마시니

      산에 꽃이 피네요

그러니 한 잔, 또 한 잔

      다시 또 한 잔을 들이킵시다

내가 취해서 자고 싶어지면

      그대는 돌아가세요

내일 아침 또 생각이 있으면

      다시 오세요, 거문고를 안고서

Two of us hobnob together

        And flowers bloom in the mountain.

So, we drink—a cup, another cup,

        And yet another cup.

When I am soused and want to sleep,

        You may just go home.

If you are thirsty again tomorrow morning,

        Come back, and be sure to bring the zither.
