〈安城驛〉

 

山雨留行客，郵亭薄暮時。

春風無好惡，物性有參差。

柳眼已開嫰，花唇欲吐奇。

如何雙鬢上，不改去年絲。

산 비가 지나가는 사람을 붙드는 지금은

역참에 아스라이 땅거미가 내리는 때

 

봄 바람은 좋아하는 것도 싫어하는 것도 없지만

사물의 성질은 들쭉날쭉합니다

 

버드나무 새순이 벌써 부드러움을 피우고

꽃잎은 이제 막 놀라움을 토해내려 하는데

 

어떻게 양쪽 귀밑머리

지난 해의 흰 오라기만 바뀌지 않겠습니까

Mountain rain detains this traveler

As dusk falls upon the post station.

 

The vernal breezes have no likes and dislikes;

The nature of all things is varied and unaligned.

 

New willow shoots unfurl their tenderness;

Flower petals are about to breathe wonders.

 

How then, on these two cheeks of mine

Can grey temples of yesteryear be free from changes?
