〈夢作〉

 

曉尋鍾磬到諸天，

殘月依依掛樹邊。

山上白雲僧不掃，

客來門外鶴猶眠。

 

신정 (자는 인백, 호는 분애, 1628-1687)

 

"꿈 속에서 짓습니다"

 

새벽이 종소리 풍경소리를 찾아

      하늘에 다다랐고

남은 달은 아쉬운 듯

      나무 옆에 걸렸습니다

산 위의 흰 구름을

      스님들은 쓸지 않고

문밖에 손님이 왔는데

      학은 아직 잠자는 듯합니다

Searching for the sound of bells and chimes,

        Dawn has arrived at the sky here,

And the lingering moon, reluctant to part,

        Is hanging by the trees.

Monks do not sweep

        The white clouds on the mountain.

A guest came to the gate,

        But the crane seems still asleep.
