〈尋梅〉

 

樹固可尋花尙早，

酷寒山野仍枯槁。

清香若是急相求，

書卷詩詞藏至寶。

（乙巳大寒前二日）

 

반빈

 

"매화 찾기"

 

나무는 물론 찾아볼 수 있겠지만

      꽃은 아직 이릅니다

혹독한 추위에 산과 들이

      아직 메말라 있어요

맑은 향기를

      급히 찾으시나요

책 속 시와 노래에

      지극히 귀한 보물이 숨어있습니다

(을사년 대한 이틀 앞두고)

The trees, of course, can be searched for,

        But it is too early for the flowers.

In the bitter chill, the mountains and fields

        Remain dried and shriveled.

If the clear scent

        Is urgently in need,

Great treasures are stored

        In poems and songs in books.
