           주: 표제는 번역자가 달았습니다. 이 두 행은 타고르의 《반딧불》에 포함된 한 부분인데, 이 책은 각 부분에 따로 표제를 달지 않았습니다.

"Faith"

 

Faith is the bird that feels the light

        and sings when the dawn is still dark.

 

               Note: The title is added by the translator. It is a section taken from Fireflies (MacMillan, 1928), in which individual sections are not titled.

"Still Dark" by Corita Kent (1918-1986). This artist is a nun in the catholic church, known as Sister Maria, devoted to making art a part of everyday life regardless of social or financial status.
