淋著雨的花瓣

我看很像赤身忍受著雨孵卵的

母鳥

 

不懈的努力呀

疲倦的固執呀都不是的

把頭悠悠埋在雨水裏

歇著嘴的

白鳥

 

那些身子都疼痛死去後

像墳墓般圓圓的果實

才在虛空中構得屋宇

"Apple Flowers"

 

I see the flower petals getting wet in the rain.

They look like a mother bird

Enduring the rain to brood on eggs.

 

A white bird,

Resting the beak

With the head buried in a fuzzy rain

As if it is nothing like strenuous efforts,

Nor fatiguing tenacity,

But just a part of the ins and outs of being alive.

 

Only after those bodies suffer the pain and die,

The fruits round like burial mounds

Get a place to live in the empty air.

비 맞는 꽃잎들 바라보면

맨몸으로 비를 견디며 알 품고 있는

어미 새 같다

 

안간힘도

고달픈 집념도 아닌 것으로

그저 살아서 거두어야 할 안팎이라는 듯

아득하게 빗물에 머리를 묻고

부리를 쉬는

흰 새

 

저 몸이 다 아파서 죽고 나야

무덤처럼 둥근 열매가

허공에 집을 얻는다
