一段時間

或稱之為潮起與潮落

或稱之為自轉與公轉

空虛

荒唐

也沒有條理的

語言的蹺蹺板玩藝兒

把那丟了重力中心的文章

你當做詩大聲朗讀的時間裏

來，來捉捉我

永九不在了

說著

我準備風捲殘雲似地

消失

 

               注：〈來，來捉捉我。永九不在了〉是韓國戲劇演員沈炯來（1958- ）在一九八〇年代後半扮傻子角色永九玩捉迷藏時之有名台詞。

"A Poetry Slam Regarding Love and Parting: A Prelude for Buenos Aires Tango"

 

While I was coming,

You've gone.

While you were going,

I've come.

In between

Coming and going,

While we could neither come nor go,

The space between

To have come and to have gone increased

And in the end became distanced from one another.

The period of time

When those distanced from one another

Were disabled to either come or go,

Some call those rising and ebbing tides,

Some call those rotation and revolution.

While you read aloud

The bootless,

Incredible,

And incoherent

Seesaw game of language,

Those words of missing center of gravity,

Taking those as poetry,

I will say,

Come catch me!

Yōng-gu is not here!

And vanish

Like mist evaporating in the sun.

 

               Note: "Come catch me! Yōng-gu is not here!" are well-known lines read by Shim Hyōng-nae (1958- ), a comedian in Korea in late 1980s, when he acted as Yōng-gu, a simpleton character playing hide-and-seek.

당신이 시라고 소리 내어 읽는 동안

나 잡아봐라
