為了終究我也要作海

我留在海留到底

 

我最喜歡的是

海吞掉的海

歲月都流去了

我也就準備出生

在海吞掉的海了

What I like even more than money is

The sea.

Flowers are also a sea; fruits, too, are a sea;

Butterflies are a sea also; honeybees are a sea, too;

My longings that I long for unbearably

All turned into a sea.

 

To become a sea in the end,

I remain in the sea to the end.

 

What I like most is

The sea swallowed by a sea.

When all the time and tide flows away,

Into the sea swallowed by a sea,

I shall be born.
