推上虛空嗎

 

能那麼毅然地

作著虛空

That which soars up into the air,

Having pierced through the concrete floor,

I call love.

 

If not love,

Would it be thinkable

To come through the cramped crack on the thick floor

To push out leaves

And bloom such dazzling flowers?

 

If not love,

Would it ever be possible

To push them up into the empty air

From the darkness of a thousand fathoms?

 

To be the emptiness

So resolutely like that

For yet another season?

 

Don't ever walk away

In haste.

저리 찬연한 꽃을

피울 수 있으랴

천길 어둠 속에서

자신을 허공으로

밀어 올릴 수 있으랴

 

저리 의연히

또 한 철

허공일 수 있으랴

 

함부로

걸음 옮기지 마라

 

꽃은

전 생애를 걸고
