十五路、十八路公車的終點站

這是邊緣郊區，我居住的鄰里

有一家我作熟客的酒肆

仍舊沒掛著招牌。

 

我自個兒把它稱做雲彩屋

是因為在那兒喝了一碗濁米酒

就彷彿我浮在雲彩上。

老闆娘和藹可親，是個值得常去的地方

 

對我這個只喝一碗的顧客

也親切無比，我真感謝她

別的顧客也都滿意的這家酒肆

接踵而來的顧客實在很多很多

 

在水落山下，空氣清淨

在邊緣郊區，人心純樸

看得到道峰山，風景好

我只願這家酒肆生意好

"Pub on Clouds"

 

The last stop of Line 15 and Line 18 buses,

It is an outlying area here, where I live.

There's a pub where I am a regular,

Which still does not have a signboard.

 

I just call it by myself the Pub on Clouds.

That is because I feel as though I float on the clouds

When I gulp down a bowl of coarse wine.

The lady there is gentle, making the place worth going.

 

Even to me, who drink just one bowl,

She is so kind, and I am so thankful.

This pub, where all other customers are also content,

Is almost always full of people.

 

It is under the Surak Mountain, and the air is refreshing;

It is in an outlying area, and people are simple and honest;

Tobong Mountain is in sight, and the scenery is spectacular.

I just pray that things go well at this place.

여기 변두리, 나 사는 동네

단골 술집이 있는데

아직도 간판이 없는 집이다.

 

나 혼자 구름집이라 부르는데

막걸리 한 잔 들이키면

꼭 구름 위에 있는 것 같아서다.

아주머니, 아주 상냥하고 다닐만한 집

 

한 잔만 하는 내게도

너무나 친절하고 고맙고

딴 손님들도 만족하는 이 술집

끊일 사이 거의 없는 손님투성이다.

 

수락산 밑이라 공기 맑고

변두리라 인심 순박하고

도봉산이 보이는 좋은 경치

이 집 잘 되기를 나는 빌 뿐이다.
