暴富一朝大歡喜，

發花箇箇黃金毬。

最孤澹處穠華相，

不改春心抗素秋。

"국화를 나누어 주셔서 고맙습니다" 두 수 중 둘째

 

하루 아침에 갑자기 부자가 되어

         매우 기쁘고 즐겁습니다

피는 꽃 하나하나가

         모두 황금 덩어리입니다

 

가장 외롭고 깨끗한 곳에 핀

         싱그러운 자태

봄의 마음을 바꾸지 않고

         서릿발 성성한 가을과 맞섭니다

            I feel joyous and happy.

Every single flower that blooms

            Is a gold ball.

 

The refreshing figure blooming

            In the most desolate and pure places—

They confront the autumn of white frost,

            Without changing the heart of spring.
